Two flights from Logan forced to turn around after taking off

Delta Flight 464 from Boston to Salt Lake City and American Airlines Flight 2616 from Boston to Philadelphia both reversed course shortly after takeoff from Logan Airport. Delta's flight returned due to an indication related to one of the aircraft's doors and was cleared to continue after inspection, arriving safely in Salt Lake City. American Airlines’ flight turned back due to a maintenance issue and also landed safely, with the aircraft subsequently taken out of service for inspection.
