After about 30 minutes, the NYPD intervened and fined the organizers $500 for not securing a permit, while one contestant was questioned by police.
Despite the chaos, Miles Mitchell from Staten Island won the contest and the attention from attendees who were thrilled to have met the real Chalamet.
