Unsettled conditions persist through the weekend and into next week.

Friday will be breezy with a mix of heavy showers and sunshine, with the showers coming more often in the northern half of the country. More lighting could arrive in the north. The southeast will enjoy the best of the temperatures, which will range from 15 to 21C.
