Teenager dead and two other people injured in Dublin stabbing
"Emergency services were alerted to the incident at a residential premises in Grattan Wood, Donaghmede, at around noon today. One male juvenile in his teens was discovered with serious stab injuries and has since been pronounced dead. Another male juvenile also suffered suspected stab or slash-type wounds which are not thought to be life-threatening at this time. This juvenile and a woman was was also injured are both being treated in hospital."
"The apartments are in a quiet area of Donaghmede, and neighbours in the block where the incident took place said they heard some banging and shouting after 11am this morning. One person said they heard screaming and that people ran from one of the apartment and then someone called the emergency services. They said at least one person was removed from the scene on a stretcher to an awaiting ambulance."

Another male juvenile sustained suspected stab or slash wounds that are not thought life-threatening. That juvenile and a woman are being treated in hospital. A male juvenile suspect has been detained in relation to the incident. The attack occurred at a supported living facility offering care for youths. The area is a sealed crime scene while Garda Technical Bureau conducts a forensic examination and detectives investigate.
