Taoiseach and Tanaiste decline to say whether Michael Lowry is fit for office as file sent to DPP on Moriarty tribunal findings
Briefly

In 2011, the Moriarty Tribunal found that Mr Lowry, a former Fine Gael TD and minister, helped businessman Denis O'Brien secure the State's second mobile phone licence for his company Esat Digifone in 1995.
Taoiseach Simon Harris emphasized that 'there are no kingmakers' ahead of a formal meeting with Independent Tipperary TD Michael Lowry and the Regional Independent group.
Both the Taoiseach and Tánaiste have refrained from commenting on whether they think former Fine Gael minister Mr Lowry is fit for office ahead of Government formation talks.
