Suspect in deadly Manhattan stabbing spree indicted
Briefly

Ramon Rivera, a 51-year-old homeless shelter resident, has been indicted for a random stabbing spree in Manhattan that left three people dead.
Rivera allegedly broke into a hardware store to steal knives and gloves before executing a series of fatal stabbings on November 18.
The attacks occurred throughout the morning, starting with construction worker Angel Lata Landi, and ending with Wilna Augustin, who was sitting on a bench.
Prosecutors stated Rivera's actions were not premeditated targeting, but rather random acts of violence, creating panic within the community.
