Sugar dating website at center of Gaetz scandal rife with sex trafficking and fraudsters, ex-PR rep alleges
Briefly

"It's a very nefarious place," Brook Urick, a former PR rep for SeekingArrangement.com, stated, emphasizing that the platform had been a source of trafficking, fraud, and exploitation for almost two decades.
"The girls come to it with the assumption that they are going to find a man who is just going to simply give them money for existing," Urick explained, revealing the deceptive nature of the site's promises and the prevalent scams.
The House Committee on Ethics reported that 'platforms such as SeekingArrangement.com are known to 'mak[e] it easier for traffickers to exploit victims and connect with buyers,' highlighting the systemic issues within these dating sites.
Urick noted that the platform has rebranded to Seeking.com and seemingly adjusted its culture post-scandal, but she believes some of the prior toxicity may still remain.
