Ukrainian Special Operations Forces' Deep Strike unit attacked the Stavrolen petrochemical complex in Budyonnovsk, Stavropol Krai, using drones. Russia's Defense Ministry reported intercepting 22 drones overnight in Stavropol Krai and Budyonnovsk. Ukrainian General Staff reported numerous explosions and a fire at the plant and said the plant produces polymers and components used in Russian army equipment and UAVs. Supernova+ reported at least three direct hits and local residents heard loud explosions. Stavropol Krai Governor Vladimir Vladimirov said preliminary data indicated no casualties, no residential damage, and life support systems operating normally. The site was previously attacked on October 29.
