MacNamara argued that a better settlement offer should be provided than the Ryanair's offer of approximately €25,000. Sienna has required counseling and therapy due to the psychological impact of her injuries. Judge Walsh agreed that the Ryanair settlement was inadequate given the pain and trauma reported by Sienna and her mother.
