Rostov Governor Yury Slyusar wrote on Telegram that a woman's body was found in a building after it was shelled by Ukrainian forces in Taganrog. A Ukrainian drone attack killed a man in Shebekino city in Russia's Belgorod region, the regional civil task force reported on Telegram."
