Tottenham have not imposed any additional sanctions on Rodrigo Bentancur despite the Football Association's findings, choosing instead to enhance diversity training for players.
While the FA has found him guilty of aggravated misconduct, Tottenham's decision stems from their belief that Bentancur's comments were not made with intent to offend.
After the incident, Bentancur publicly apologized for the remarks and expressed regret, which was accepted by teammate Son Heung-min.
Spurs are appealing the length of the seven-match suspension imposed on Bentancur, arguing that his remarks were a sarcastic response to an offensive question.
