The 2023/24 season saw another rise in arrest figures across England and Wales, with the Home Office revealing that 2,584 football-related arrests were made last season, up 14%.
Most dangerous stadiums include Peterborough United’s Weston Homes Stadium, with 63 arrests, making it the highest arrest rate at 3.04 arrests per 10,000 attendees.
Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge is identified as the 'most dangerous' Premier League stadium, while League One Burton Albion and League Two Harrogate Town are the 'safest' grounds with no arrests.
The rise in football-related arrests was attributed to an increase in possession of class A drugs, which saw 144 more arrests compared to the previous season.
