"The forthcoming memoir by Virginia Giuffre stands to be a royal disaster for Prince Andrew. Giuffre's posthumous 400-page memoir goes into vivid detail about her years of what she says was sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, as well as their powerful associates in the early 2000s. Of all of Epstein's friends discussed in the memoir, no one stands out as much as Prince Andrew, who, Giuffre wrote, she was trafficked to on three separate occasions."
"Maxwell asked the prince to guess Giuffre's age. 'The Duke of York, who was then forty-one, guessed correctly: seventeen,' Giuffre wrote. 'My daughters are just a little younger than you,' he told me, explaining his accuracy. That same night, Epstein took the now-famous photo of Prince Andrew standing next to Giuffre, his arm around her waist, with Maxwell in the background, according to Giuffre."
Virginia Giuffre's 400-page posthumous memoir alleges years of sexual abuse and trafficking by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and identifies powerful associates. Giuffre alleges she was trafficked to Prince Andrew on three separate occasions and describes a March 2001 encounter at Maxwell's London home when the prince allegedly guessed her age as seventeen and was photographed with her. She describes a rushed sexual encounter she remembers lasting less than half an hour. Giuffre reports losing a fetus not long after an orgy involving Prince Andrew and Epstein and says seeing Andrew with Epstein inspired her to go public. Prince Andrew has denied the claims.
