'These features represent the new standard for beauty, and patients are flocking to surgeons to replicate these aesthetics,' remarks Dr De Silva, suggesting a significant shift in the expectations of beauty among patients.
'In 2022, 31,057 cosmetic procedures took place, up 102 percent from the previous year,' notes the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, illustrating the surge in popularity and acceptance of cosmetic surgery in the UK.
