Plans submitted for five new warehouses behind construction company in Rainham
Briefly

Atrium Access argues that the height of the planned warehouses is 'acceptable' given there is a large warehouse on the adjoining site. They believe this development 'will significantly improve the appearance of the site,' as it will remove the existing scaffolding storage structures, which are less appealing compared to the proposed warehouses.
The planning documents indicate that the proposed warehouses will feature pitched roofs and will be designed to face an internal courtyard, enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.
The planning application suggests that, should the proposals be approved, the project could entail costs of up to 2 million, with construction projected to begin in December 2024 and conclude by March 2025.
Havering Council is anticipated to make a decision regarding the planning application by November 29, which will determine the future of the five new warehouses proposed in Rainham.
