The lion dance, a traditional performance believed to bring luck, traversed the venue blessing local businesses. Beyond the one-day celebration, Industry City will showcase festive decorations throughout February, highlighting the importance of cultural festivities. Jim Somoza emphasized the significance of celebrating East Asian culture in Brooklyn's Sunset Park, which hosts a large community, and encouraged visitors to support local businesses like DAISO and Baolala.
