The striker could be playing for Leeds United had it not been for a terrible Victor Orta decision that saw Gyokeres go to Sporting CP instead.
Gyokeres has been in the form of his life since moving to Sporting CP, producing 23 goals and four assists across just 18 matches this season.
Victor Orta has now admitted that he could have signed Gyokeres for Leeds United for just 11.7m but chose not to, a decision he now regrets.
The decision not to sign Gyokeres, combined with the financial trouble Leeds faced post-Bielsa, has left Orta in the bad books with Leeds fans.
