Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced that the operation, which involved undercover buys and electronic surveillance, uncovered large quantities of ketamine, cannabis, and MDMA being sold. The defendants, led by Xing Li, were charged with various offenses after over $26,000 worth of drugs was seized during the investigation and subsequent arrests were made.
