Fluffy Fluffy, a new pancake shop in Walthamstow, will open on December 21, offering souffle pancakes that are described as 'soft and cloud-like'.
To celebrate the grand opening, Fluffy Fluffy will provide 50% off all pancakes, ensure free drinks for the first 100 customers, and offer a chance to win free pancakes for a month.
Hussein Umar, UK development lead at Fluffy Fluffy, expressed excitement about the opening, saying, 'We're thrilled to bring Fluffy Fluffy to Walthamstow…and creating an unforgettable experience.'
The shop will showcase an open-kitchen concept allowing guests to watch the preparation of their pancake creations, with seating for 30 in a 1,200 square feet space.
