Josh Gottheimer fabricated a social media post showing a Spotify Wrapped of Bruce Springsteen songs, later admitting it was meant as a lighthearted joke.
Gottheimer humorously explained that the post would reflect his tastes if he didn't share his Spotify with his kids, admitting he loves Taylor Swift too.
Following scrutiny from New Jersey Monitor's Terrence T. McDonald, who identified discrepancies in the image, Gottheimer recognized the blunder and clarified the intent behind the post.
He playfully referenced Bruce Springsteen, stating, "I wasn’t here for business baby, I was only here for fun," aiming to dismiss the criticism.
