Sourdough Sophia is opening its third location next to Al Parco Pizzeria in Highgate West Hill, part of a series of recent planning applications submitted to Camden Council. Among the 94 applications, notable proposals include the construction of a three-storey house in Netherhall Gardens, renewable energy upgrades at Hampstead School, and step-free access improvements to Waterlow Park. The bakery's plans include signage approvals as part of its development. Plans have been put forward to demolish an existing dwelling in Netherhall Gardens, in the Belsize ward, and replace it with a three-storey house.
Earlier this month we reported that a new bakery is set to open on the edge of Hampstead Heath, called Sourdough Sophia. This will be at Highgate West Hill.
