NBA YoungBoy, 25, has avoided jail time after pleading guilty to identity fraud and forgery relating to a scheme to illegally obtain prescription drugs.
In a Logan County courtroom, Gaulden admitted to multiple counts of identity fraud, forgery, and unlawful pharmacy conduct, significantly reducing his potential penalties.
Despite 40 charges, his plea deal led to felony charges being reduced to misdemeanors, and he was fined $25,000 instead of facing prison time.
Alongside his state case, Gaulden is projected to serve 27 months in federal prison for separate charges, followed by five years of probation.
