Authorities are in pursuit of Franklin Enrique Sarceno Orla, a barber in Mountain View, charged with multiple sexual assaults, including a case of kidnapping.
Prosecutors believe Orla has assaulted at least 20 men, many while they were intoxicated, and that he even recorded some of these assaults.
The initial investigation began after a victim reported waking injured after having drinks with Orla, leading to forensic evidence of sexual assault.
District Attorney Jeff Rosen emphasized the importance of community cooperation, stating that the efforts of victims and police aim to ensure Orla is apprehended soon.
