Motorcyclist dies in crash with tractor in north Dublin

A collision involving a motorcyclist in his 60s occurred on Old Airport Road at 10.50am, resulting in his death at the hospital. No other injuries were reported. The collision occurred on the Old Airport Road, Collinstown Lane at approximately 10.50am. The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 60s, was brought to the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital where he has since been pronounced dead.
No other injuries were reported. The road remains closed at this time to facilitate a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Local diversions are in place. Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area between 10:30am and 11:15am this morning are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
