Felicia Rodriguez, 46, was held on $200 bail and ordered to stay away from the prosecutor and West Roxbury BMC except for official court business.
The ADA allegedly turned, saw Rodriguez, and heard her say, "Watch your back." The remark, heard by other court officials, was captured on the court's audio recording system.
Judge Kathleen Coffey instructed court officers to take Rodriguez into custody. Rodriguez is charged with intimidating a court official, threats to commit a crime, and a civil rights violation.
Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden stated, "Anyone who thinks they can threaten a prosecutor, a judge, or any other court official without consequences is very much mistaken."
