Minister confirms talks under way to return surviving Bali Nine members to Australia
Briefly

The trade minister, Don Farrell, confirmed that discussions are ongoing to return members of the Bali Nine drug smuggling ring to Australia while they serve their life sentences.
The proposal is not to release these people. They would continue to serve their sentence, except they're serving them in Australia, said Don Farrell.
Indonesia’s law minister Supratman Andi Agtas stated that while there are no set procedures for international prisoner transfers, Jakarta would work on the matter as soon as possible.
Shadow attorney-general Michaelia Cash emphasized the need for transparency, urging the prime minister to clarify details of the prisoner deal with Indonesia.
