The Santa Clara County Library District's new survey aims to gather community feedback on library services and priorities to better serve residents, both users and non-users alike.
County Librarian Jennifer Weeks emphasized the importance of hearing directly from patrons to ensure the library’s future planning aligns with community needs and priorities.
The survey, available in multiple languages and designed to be anonymous, allows participants to give feedback on library resources in less than 10 minutes.
To encourage participation, the Library District Foundation is offering gift cards in a drawing for those who complete the survey, with no personal data linked to feedback.
