The NYPD apprehended the alleged shooter of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Pennsylvania, aided by a McDonald's employee who called the police about his location.
Police found a 3D-printed ghost gun and fake IDs in the suspect's possession, including evidence linking him to the assassination of Thompson.
During a press conference, Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch confirmed that NYPD detectives are on their way to Pennsylvania to interview the subject apprehended there.
Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny reported that the suspect, Luigi Mangione, was found with a mask matching the one used during the assassination of Thompson.
