Tommy Banks, a Michelin-starred chef, urged thieves who stole his van full of pies to return them to feed the needy, appealing to their Christmas spirit.
In the Instagram announcement, Banks highlighted the van was stolen with 2,500 pies inside, worth £25,000, meant for a Christmas market delivery.
The chef expressed concern about the wasted food, stating, 'If you are the thieves and read this, I urge you to drop the pies off somewhere.'
Banks, who is known for his appearances on the BBC's Great British Menu, emphasized the uniqueness of the pies, noting they are easily identifiable.
