Guangyo Gao, 22, pleaded not guilty to the charge of indecent assault and battery of a person over 14, according to court records.
According to the police, the owner of the business, Zhu Relaxation DBA Health Spa, had its certificate renewed in April 2024.
A woman in her early 30s... told officers that she paid for a massage and the masseur, later identified as Gao, forced her to touch him inappropriately.
Auburn police said in a statement that they responded to multiple 911 calls on Oct. 6 for a disturbance at Health Spa at 385 Southbridge St.
