Mark Zuckerberg denies building 5K-square-foot 'Doomsday bunker' under $270M Hawaii compound, saying it's 'like a basement'

"No, I think that's just like a little shelter. It's like a basement," Zuckerberg stated when asked about the rumors of a doomsday bunker.

Several wealthy individuals, including PayPal's Peter Thiel and Tesla's Elon Musk, have been rumored to have underground facilities for disaster preparedness.

Zuckerberg claims that the purpose of his ranch is to raise "world-class cattle on beer and macadamia nuts" for producing high-quality beef.

The Koolau Ranch project includes a 5,000-square-foot shelter, which is the size of an NBA court, alongside multiple buildings comprising of 30+ bedrooms.
