Man prosecuted for allowing dogs to be too noisy

Councillor Syed Ghani emphasized that there is no tolerance for noise complaints, stating, 'Excessive noise nuisance affects the quality of life for our residents.'
Iqbal was found guilty of failing to comply with an abatement notice and sentenced to pay a total of £1,923.74 in fines and costs.
