Man (40s) seriously injured in Dublin hit-and-run as gardai appeal for witnesses

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a serious crash on Lower Rathmines Road, where a vehicle left the scene after hitting a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, an adult male in his 40s, has been taken to St. James's Hospital with serious injuries as a result of the collision.
