Studios start at $606, but none are more than $768, while one- and two-bedroom apartments range from approximately $660 to $1,010, including gas and hot water.
While the units feature beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and modern amenities, the building is not pet friendly and tenants must cover their electricity.
These affordable units were made possible through the Inclusionary Housing Program and various tax incentive programs aimed at preserving housing for low-income residents.
