Darasy Chhim, 39, was arrested for his involvement in a drug trafficking conspiracy, eluding authorities for over three years before being apprehended on January 10.
Prosecutors stated that Chhim and 14 others conspired to distribute dangerous narcotics, including fentanyl and methamphetamines, primarily within Massachusetts and other states.
Court documents indicate that Chhim was part of the One Family Clique street gang, which played a significant role in narcotics distribution across several states.
With a lengthy criminal history dating back to 2004, Chhim's current charge could lead to a sentence of up to 20 years and substantial fines.
