Elsewhere, 93 percent of Londoners rated the food scene here 'good' or 'excellent', 75 percent rated the city's nightlife highly and 78 percent agreed that they'd describe it as 'inclusive'."

Respondents rated agreement with statements about city-based happiness and positivity. London ranks sixth happiest city in Europe for 2025. Eighty-six percent of Londoners feel positive about public transport, making London number one in Europe for transport. Ninety-three percent rated the food scene 'good' or 'excellent', 75 percent rated nightlife highly and 78 percent described the city as 'inclusive'. London ranked third globally for green spaces, with 87 percent rating access and offerings 'good' or 'excellent'. High costs remain a major downside, with only 35 percent finding eating out budget-friendly.
