London cat that went 'missing' 14 years ago finally reunited with owner

Vivien Tarlton expressed her gratitude for reuniting with Charlotte, saying: "I've gone from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows, but the 16 days Charlotte was with me was lovely. She was home and safe - although I suspected her time with me might be short."
RSPCA inspector Jade Guthrie highlighted the importance of microchipping: "Thanks to the microchip, we were able to track down Vivien, which has allowed this touching reunion to happen after so many years."
