Anna Kalinskaya needed less than half as much time to eliminate Emma Raducanu 6-4, 6-3 with the help of 14 backhand winners.
Both finalists are unseeded, with Canada's Leylah Fernandez ranked 36th and Russia's Anna Kalinskaya ranked 48th.
Sunday's matchup will be Leylah Fernandez's seventh career final and Anna Kalinskaya's third tour-level final.
