Leinster confirm Munster clash at Croke Park is a sell-out, earning province 1.7m pay day

The huge crowd at GAA headquarters will earn more than €1.7m for the province, making it the biggest pay day in their history, €500,000 more than a full house at the Aviva Stadium.

Unlike previous matches organized by ERC and EPCR where funds were reinvested into participating clubs, this sell-out will fully benefit Leinster, supporting both domestic and professional rugby.

Despite a strong squad filled with Ireland internationals, Leinster faces challenges in the hooking department as Lee Barron is expected to start due to injuries.

Munster also faces injury challenges but is expected to have key players Mike Haley, Alex Nankivell, and Thomas Ahern available for the upcoming match.
