Lawyers for senior Kinahan associate Sean McGovern tell court he 'might not require trial date'

"Senior Kinahan gang associate Sean McGovern's barrister has told the Special Criminal Court that a "good deal of work" has been done between the legal teams and that he "might not ultimately require a trial date"."

"McGovern (39) is currently charged with five offences before the non-jury court, including the 2016 murder of Noel 'Duck Egg' Kirwan and directing a gang to target Hutch associate James 'Mago' Gately."
