Lawsuit shows private detention companies offered beds to ICE this year

"It's going to enable ICE to more quickly ramp up detention and deportation under the incoming administration's mass-deportation efforts," said Eunice Cho, senior staff attorney with the ACLU's National Prison Project.
"The records show that private companies offered thousands of new detention beds in more than a dozen facilities in California, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington state."
