Members of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham were out in force, attempting to assure a rattled population, including religious minorities, that they can bring stability to Syria.
We just want to feel the moment, said Siham Bader, as she joined the crowds wandering through the luxurious remnants of Assad's dictatorship, expressing both joy and uncertainty about the future.
