Jack Grealish expressed his disappointment at not being named in England's Euro 2024 squad, stating he felt his experience and contribution should have secured his place.
Grealish reflected on Gareth Southgate's decision, saying, 'I will be honest with you, I didn’t really agree with it. You need a bit of a balance in every position on the pitch and I class myself quite an experienced player now.'
Despite a challenging club season with Manchester City, Grealish described missing out on Euro 2024 as 'probably the most difficult period of my life.' He aims to prove his worth.
Following his omission from the Euro squad, Grealish stated he wanted to 'show people what England were missing at Euro 2024' and thanked interim manager Lee Carsley for his support.
