'It's been almost impossible to keep this a secret' - RTE to air new drama based on Marian Keyes' novels with Stefanie Preissner signed to project

Keyes expressed her excitement, stating, 'I love the scripts; they've really kept the spirit of the books. It's been almost impossible to keep this a secret...'

David Crean remarked on the project, claiming, 'I am getting lots of messages from fans of the novels who are unbelievably excited... this feels like it will be a huge hit for lovers of Irish drama...'

Sue Deeks conveyed the significance of the novels, saying, 'The Walsh Sisters novels have given so much pleasure to so many readers over the years... such a wonderful team will be bringing these witty, warm characters to life.'

The casting is yet to be announced, with the series set in Dublin focusing on the lives of five sisters in their late 20s and 30s.
