Israeli forces have been conducting a military offensive in Jenin refugee camp for the third consecutive week, resulting in numerous home demolitions and a significant civilian toll. The operation, which began shortly after a ceasefire in Gaza, has led to 25 Palestinian deaths and the displacement of nearly 90% of the camp's residents. Israeli forces have also besieged local hospitals, disrupted emergency medical services, and intensified their surveillance and presence in the area, reflecting an ongoing crisis in the occupied West Bank.
The Israeli military offensive, which launched two days after a ceasefire was agreed in Gaza, has targeted Jenin city, its refugee camp and surrounding towns, killing 25 Palestinians.
Nearly 90 percent of the camp's population has been forcibly displaced with many seeking refuge in 39 villages and towns across the Jenin governorate.
Earlier this week, it carried out the demolition of residential blocks in Jenin for the first time since 2002, as reported by Jenin Governor Kamal Abu al-Rub.
Israeli forces also stormed several areas in the Ramallah governorate and assaulted and detained two Palestinians in the Old City of Hebron as they were distributing bread.
