Gardaí are investigating a two-car collision on the R132 at Dowdallshill in Dundalk that occurred on Saturday. Forensic collision investigators carried out a technical examination of the scene. Gardaí have appealed for witnesses and requested any camera or dash-cam footage from road users travelling the R132 between 7.50pm and 8.20pm, and asked anyone with information to contact Dundalk garda station on 042 938 8400, the garda confidential line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station. Investigations are ongoing.
