I made packing mistakes on an 8-day safari in Tanzania. Here's what I'm glad I brought - and what I'd do differently next time.

I initially considered ditching the pair of binoculars I had packed. Ultimately, I took out a few pairs of shorts instead, a choice I'm thrilled I made.
