Stuart Windsor expressed frustration over tourists littering his garden with picnic waste and alcohol containers, particularly after the City of London Corporation removed a public bin from the area.
Windsor highlighted that the situation has worsened since the city relocated the public bin that used to serve the entrance to Hampstead Heath, indicating a direct correlation between the bin's removal and increased littering.
He stated, "It's depressing; every Sunday night I have to go out and pick up the rubbish from the front garden," illustrating the recurring nature of his frustrations as a resident.
Windsor noted that despite his efforts, including taping down his bin lids and moving the public bin back to its original location, the problem persists due to insufficient rubbish management by authorities.
