"Saturday will bring a good lot of dry weather overall, though there will be a little light patchy rain, drizzle and mist for a time, followed by a few scattered showers, mainly for parts of the west and north," Met Éireann's Ailis Hankinson said. "While there'll be a lot of cloud, there will be some bright or sunny spells, the best of these likely further east with highest temperatures of 18C to 23C."
