'Grieving for our parents killed in Air India crash will never end'
Briefly

Miten Patel's parents died in the Air India plane crash while traveling to visit family. A memorial service was held to honor the victims, attended by family and community members. Miten expressed the deep emotional impact of the loss, emphasizing that grieving is a long process. His mother's casket contained misidentified remains, but they confirmed the identities of his parents' remains. Miten described his parents as loving, supportive figures and appreciated the community's support during this tragic event.
I started my grieving last Thursday, when we finally brought them home. That's when it hit me. I think it's going to be a long process to grieve.
We have now 100% confirmed that we have cremated mum and dad, as mum and dad. It was a long process but it was definitely a necessary one.
They were the most wonderful parents that any child could ask for. They were caring, loving, supportive every step of the way.
The community at large has really supported us at this tragic time and I am grateful to every single one of those people.
